First time here. My dog is 10 yo and this is probably one of the best cuts he’s ever gotten. Rachel did an Excellent job on his body, nails. He was also Much calmer when I picked him than in previous places I’ve had him where they’ve kept him for as long as 4 hours. HP called me after 2 hours and said he was done.

Very reasonably priced, listened to what wanted. Took a few trial and errors, now I have the cut I want for my puppy. He has pants. Lol. He wags his tail and goes happily with them. Good sign and worth a million to me that he’s happy.
